1. Getting started

Register an account with your email address and a password. A sample candidate (demo data) is created for you.

2. Add the app: connect your Zoom account

1. Sign in to Live Assist (sign-in page) and open Settings (top right).
2. Under "オンラインミーティング連携" (Online meeting integration), press 連携する (Connect) next to Zoom.
3. On the Zoom sign-in and consent screen, allow Live Assist to read your cloud recordings list and transcripts.
4. You are returned to Settings, where "連携中" (Connected) and your Zoom email address are shown.

Starting from Zoom instead: if you press "Add" on the Zoom App Marketplace (or open the authorization link), you approve the permissions in Zoom and are then sent to Live Assist. Sign in (or register), and a confirmation page shows which Zoom account will be connected to your Live Assist account. Press "接続する" (Connect) to finish, or "キャンセル" (Cancel) if you do not recognize the account.

Permissions are read-only: Live Assist cannot create, change, or delete anything in Zoom. Requirements: a Zoom account with cloud recording and "Audio transcript" enabled.

3. Prepare an interview

1. Add a candidate. In the Candidate tab, paste résumé text and press the extract button to create a structured summary.
2. In the Question tab, enter the hiring requirement and evaluation criteria, then generate questions. You can adopt, reject, reorder, and edit them.

4. Use the app: import a Zoom recording

1. Open the candidate and go to the 取り込み (Import) tab.
2. Choose an interview from your recordings of the last 30 days (only recordings that have a transcript can be imported).
3. Assign each speaker as interviewer or candidate, confirm that the candidate has consented, and import.
4. After importing, the AI analyzes the whole conversation. Open the Report tab to generate the interview report, interviewer feedback, and a summary across interviews. Recordings can be played back there.

AI output is for reference only. Hiring decisions must always be made by people.

5. Run a live interview (optional)

1. In the Assist tab, confirm that the candidate has been informed and has consented to recording, transcription, and AI analysis, then press the record button.
2. During the interview you see signals, suggested talk, a running summary, and criteria coverage.
3. Press the stop button to finish. The interview record is saved immediately and the audio is saved right after.

6. Remove the app

Disconnect from Live Assist: Settings → press 解除 (Disconnect) next to Zoom. The stored tokens are deleted immediately.

Remove from Zoom: in the Zoom App Marketplace, open Live Assist → Manage → Remove app. This revokes all permissions we have for your Zoom account. Zoom then notifies Live Assist, which deletes the stored Zoom tokens automatically. If Zoom indicates that your Zoom data must not be retained, the interviews imported from Zoom are deleted as well.

Data already imported stays in Live Assist until you delete it; see below.

7. Delete your data

• An interview: Report tab → "この面接を削除" (Delete this interview).
• A candidate: candidate list → "削除" (Delete).
• Your account: Settings → "アカウントを削除" (Delete account). This removes everything, including the connection tokens.
