Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of Live Assist (the "Service") provided by Inspire Inc. (株式会社インスパイア, "we"). Effective date: October 19, 2026.
1. Acceptance
By registering an account you agree to these Terms. They apply to all users of the Service.
2. Accounts
- You must register with accurate information and keep your password secure.
- You may not lend or transfer your account to a third party.
- If you find unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.
3. The Service
The Service provides interview question design, in-interview assistance, interview reports, and import and playback of recordings and transcripts from meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams). Connections to meeting tools are made only with your authorization and are read-only.
4. AI output
- AI-generated analysis, evaluations, and suggestions are reference information to support the interviewer's judgment.
- Output may contain errors. Hiring decisions must always be made by you; do not make automated decisions based solely on AI output.
5. Candidate consent and legal compliance
- Before recording, transcribing, or analyzing an interview with AI (including sending data to an external AI service), you must inform the candidate of this and its purpose, and obtain any required consent.
- You must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and employment laws, and your own policies.
- You may not use information obtained through the Service beyond what is appropriate for fair hiring.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Violating laws or public order, or infringing others' rights.
- Unauthorized access, placing excessive load on the Service, or reverse engineering.
- Attempting to access other users' data.
- Collecting or using information that leads to discriminatory hiring.
- Any other conduct we deem inappropriate.
7. Data handling
Data you enter or import is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Data is kept until you delete it. You can delete interviews, candidates, and your account at any time.
8. Changes and suspension of the Service
We may change or suspend all or part of the Service without notice for maintenance, failures, or changes or suspension of external services (Zoom, Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, Railway, etc.).
9. Disclaimer
- We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from decisions you make based on AI output, malfunctions of integrations with meeting tools, or loss of data.
10. Suspension and termination
If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes relating to the Service.
